The website

This website explains the EZ Leads service and lets business owners sign up. Signing up does not create a contract for a campaign and does not authorize any message to be sent to anyone.

How campaigns work

• Before any campaign launches, EZ Leads and the business agree in writing on the messages, the contacts included, and how completed, paid appointments are attributed to the campaign.
• No message is sent to a business's customers until the business approves the campaign.
• The business confirms it has the necessary permission to contact each customer it provides, and that its list is accurate.
• Recipients can opt out at any time. Opt-outs are honored and kept on a suppression list.

Fees

• There is no upfront EZ Leads service fee and no monthly subscription for the initial campaign.
• EZ Leads pays the SMS sending costs for the campaign.
• EZ Leads earns a commission of 10% of completed, paid appointments attributed to the campaign, using the attribution method agreed before launch. If the campaign produces no completed, paid appointments, no commission is owed.

No guaranteed results

Results depend on the business, its customers and many other factors. Any example on this website is an illustration, not a promise of results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, someone else's details without permission, or customer lists through this website's forms.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, EZ Leads is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
