Who we are

EZ Leads helps local service businesses reconnect with their past customers through text message campaigns that the business approves. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect on this website

• Signup details: business name, your name, phone number, email address, business type and an approximate number of past customers.
• Basic visit information: pages viewed, the link or campaign that brought you here (such as UTM tags), a random visitor ID stored in your browser, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to stop spam.

We do not collect customer lists through this website. If you work with us, customer lists are exchanged later through a separate, access-controlled process.

How we use it

• To contact you about your signup and set up your campaign.
• To understand which outreach and pages bring business owners to us.
• To prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run EZ Leads (such as hosting, email and customer management tools), and when required by law.

Text messages to you

If you check the consent box on our signup form, we may contact you about your signup by call, text and email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Customer data from businesses we work with

When a business shares a customer list with us for a campaign, we use it only to run that business's approved campaign. The business is responsible for confirming it has permission to contact those customers. Opt-out requests are honored and kept on a suppression list so opted-out contacts are not messaged again.

How long we keep it

We keep signup details while we are working with you or considering a campaign, and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them longer by law.
