Do I pay anything upfront?
No. There's no upfront service fee, no monthly subscription for your first campaign, and we pay the texting costs. You pay EZ Leads 10% of completed, paid appointments attributed to the campaign. If none come from it, you owe nothing.
How do you know which appointments came from the campaign?
We agree on that with you in writing before launch. Typically it's customers who were texted in the campaign and then book and pay within an agreed window, matched against your booking records by name and phone number.
How do I upload my customer list?
Not through this website. After you sign up, we set up a secure way for you to send it. Most booking and POS tools (for example Square, Vagaro, Booksy, Fresha, GlossGenius or Jobber) can export customers to a spreadsheet. We need first names and mobile numbers; last visit date and service help us target better.
Do I have to offer a discount?
No. Offers are optional. You can send a simple reminder, a small discount, a free add-on, or first pick of open slots. You decide, and you approve the final wording.
Will you text my customers without my approval?
No. You see and approve the exact message, and the list we'll send to, before anything goes out.
What if a customer doesn't want texts?
Every campaign lets people reply STOP to opt out. Opt-outs are honored right away and kept on a suppression list so those people aren't texted again. You'll also confirm you have permission to contact the customers on your list.
Who answers when customers reply?
Replies are passed to you so you can book them the way you normally do. We'll agree on how you want replies sent to you during setup.
How long does it take to launch?
Most of the work is on our side. Once we have your list and your approval, we agree on a launch date with you.
What results can I expect?
It depends on your business, your customers and your offer, so we don't promise a number. You only pay the commission on completed, paid appointments, so you're not paying for texts that don't bring anyone back.
Is there a contract?
Signing up doesn't commit you to anything. Before launch we put the message, the list, the commission and the attribution rules in writing for you to approve.
